Wellness

When we think of "Wellness", we are usually referring to overall health, or a healthy life balance. I realized some years ago how important it is for me to get a good night's sleep, and that multiple days of not getting ample rest can have an affect on my life balance. I can just feel off. The same goes for exercise. Exercise is a major part of my lifestyle. My diet and nutritional intake has changed over the years, as I have explored, experimented and quite frankly changed myself. Practicing meditation has had a tremendous impact on my life, as has developing new relationships, like those within the "Glow Community." I like to think that we are a community that takes care of each other. All of these things make up my body-mind balance, or life balance. This day of wellness, please be open, practice and enjoy!
