By purchasing, accessing, enrolling in, or participating in any Wellness Glow Life program, coaching service, workshop, course, membership, virtual event, digital product, website content, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase or participate in Wellness Glow Life Services.

Any testimonials or examples shared are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.

Your success depends on many factors, including your effort, commitment, health condition, and personal circumstances.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in wellness-related activities may involve risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury

• Emotional discomfort

• Illness or aggravation of existing conditions

• Allergic reactions

• Fatigue or strain

• Unforeseen health complications

By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Services.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Wellness Glow Life, its founder, employees, contractors, coaches, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising from or related to:

• Participation in the Services;

• Use of any information or materials provided;

• Health, fitness, nutritional, emotional, or lifestyle recommendations;

• Personal injury, illness, emotional distress, property damage, or financial loss; and

• Any decisions you make based on information provided through the Services.

You understand and agree that participation in the Services is entirely at your own risk.

6. Payment Policy

All fees must be paid in full according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase.

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation, attendance, or completion of the program.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

7. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the digital and educational nature of our Services, all purchases are final.

By enrolling in or purchasing any Wellness Glow Life Service, including coaching programs, memberships, workshops, virtual events, courses, digital products, downloadable materials, or other offerings, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments are non-refundable.

• No refunds, credits, transfers, exchanges, or partial refunds will be issued.

• Failure to attend sessions or utilize purchased materials does not qualify for a refund.

• Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

• Scheduling conflicts do not qualify for a refund.

• Early withdrawal from a program does not qualify for a refund.

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to this No Refund Policy.

All content provided by Wellness Glow Life, including but not limited to:

• Course materials

• Coaching materials

• Videos

• Recordings

• Worksheets

• Downloads

• Workbooks

• Graphics

• Logos

• Written content

• Program materials

is the exclusive property of Wellness Glow Life and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, record, share, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Wellness Glow Life.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of all participants.

Where applicable, Wellness Glow Life will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared by participants.

However, because group coaching, online communities, and virtual events involve interaction among participants, Wellness Glow Life cannot guarantee that information shared by participants will remain confidential.

Participants are responsible for exercising discretion when sharing personal information.

10. Participant Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally while participating in Wellness Glow Life Services.

The following behaviors may result in immediate removal without refund:

• Harassment

• Discrimination

• Threatening conduct

• Bullying

• Defamatory statements

• Disruptive behavior

• Sharing inappropriate or unlawful content

• Violation of these Terms

Wellness Glow Life reserves the right to remove any participant at its sole discretion.

11. Technology Disclaimer

Wellness Glow Life is not responsible for:

• Internet outages

• Software failures

• Technical difficulties

• Platform interruptions

• Delayed communications

• Equipment malfunctions

Access to Services may occasionally be interrupted, and no guarantee of uninterrupted access is provided.

The Services may contain links to or references for third-party websites, products, services, practitioners, or resources.

Wellness Glow Life does not control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party content, products, or services and assumes no responsibility for them.

Any interactions with third parties are solely between you and the applicable third party.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness Glow Life expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

• Your participation in the Services;

• Your violation of these Terms;

• Your misuse of Wellness Glow Life content;

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Termination

Wellness Glow Life reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that Wellness Glow Life reasonably believes may harm the business, its participants, or its reputation.

Any obligations that by nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

The most current version will be posted on the Wellness Glow Life website. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Wellness Glow Life regarding the Services and supersede all prior discussions, communications, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
